Add OpenRouter as AI Provider

Please add support for OpenRouter as an AI provider. OpenRouter allows access to multiple AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) using a single API key, with more flexible model selection and better cost control.

Expected features:

• OpenRouter API key input

• Model selection from OpenRouter

• Support for chat and summarization

• Optional model fallback
