Configurable Submit Shortcut (Enter vs Command+Enter)

I would like the ability to choose how commands are submitted.

Some users may prefer pressing Enter, while others may prefer Command+Enter to avoid accidental execution.

Ideally, the submit shortcut could become a configurable preference, allowing users to choose the behavior that best matches their workflow.

This could also be extended in the future as part of a broader keyboard shortcut customization system.
