Editable generated commands

Currently the LLM-generated commands cannot be edited (or even selected!). It would be great if it was possible for a user who knows what they’re doing to tweak or correct a command before it gets run.

And/or, assuming we create a bookmark feature for reusable commands, it should be possible to edit them before saving them, of course.
