need a shortcut to switch focus between substage and the command bar

Similar to the toggle, but when I need substage repeatedly, I would like a way to simply move focus back to substage for a new prompt out of finder via a shortcut. As it is, to use keyboard shortcuts only, I must use the toggle prompt window shortcut to close it and reopen. For cases where I want to keep substage open and do a new prompt, it should be possible to achieve this with a single command. A secondary shortcut for switching focus to substage or creating a new prompt would be perfect to do this.
