Option to disable the toggle animation.

So the way I want and plan to use substage is to toggle the command bar regularly in order to make new actions or prompt new queries on selected files or folders WHEN I need them. The animation of it dropping and bouncing down is very very cool, but after a while I really don’t find it necessary, and would be happier with it being instantaneous. By all means keep it but would very much like an option to disable it.
