Undo capability

This is a really tricky one because Substage uses Terminal commands under the hood, and they inherently aren’t designed to be undo-able. However, given all the work I put into Substage Predicts, I know what the before-and-after states of a command will be, and for a large subset of the commands, I could back up the files that I know Substage will touch (or their names/locations), and allow restoring their previous state.

In Substage Predicts I could then make it clear when a command is undo-able or not before the user runs it.
